Utility Billing Office
The Utility Billing Office is here to help the customers. Our main objective is to provide helpful customer service for the citizens of Anadarko. This department offers a wide range of services available for each customer. Services include collecting utility payments, installation and disconnection of utility services, and transferring utility services to a new location within the City. This department is also responsible for answering incoming calls, daily bank deposits, and receipting all monies owed to the City of Anadarko.
For All New Customers
All Customer requesting new service must : Fill out a Application for Utility Service and bring it to City Hall along with 2 forms of I.D. Commercial customer must fill out a Application for Utility Service and bring to City Hall.
