This year’s festival is jam-packed with fun and excitement, so mark your calendars for October 21 from 10 AM to 5 PM because Kids’ Kites and Frights will be the place to be, and Great American Kites will be adorning the sky above the Anadarko's Municipal Airport with huge colorful kites!
