Budget for Calendar Year 2009
RESOLUTION NO. 08-13
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ANADARKO/APWA/AEDA ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2009.
WHEREAS, The City of Anadarko, Oklahoma adopted the Municipal Budget Act of 1979, and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has prepared a budget consistent with this Act; and
WHEREAS, This budget has been presented to the City of Anadarko City Council; and
WHEREAS, The Anadarko City Council has conducted a Public Hearing in compliance with Section 17-208 of that Act; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANADARKO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby adopt the calendar year 2009 Budget (s)
on the 18th day of December, 2008, by Department Totals and Fund Totals as follows:
